Introduction

In a nutshell, this project is all about helping videographers share their works with other videographers. You can read a better and more detailed site explanation if that nutshell doesn't tell you enough. You may also want to learn more details about account levels, ranks, and user groups.

History

The original idea for the Video Liberty project dates back to 2004. It was conceived as a "partner project" with the Open Music Registry, but no development was done until long after the original Open Music Registry was closed. The first version of the site was designed with the intent of using the message forum software as the core of the site, but this proved to be more inhibiting than expected. This new version includes an integrated message forum, but that forum is just one section of the site.

Sponsorship

The primary sponsor for the project is Johnny Pixel Productions, Inc. If you or your company would like information about sponsorship opportunities, please contact Johnny Pixel Productions.
